Zucchini Description:

Zucchini, one of the very common vegetables, can be cooked  in many different ways like steamed, boiled, grilled, baked and stuffed. It can be used for  making a variety of dishes like making bread, as a filling for quesedillas or incorporated into cake mixes.  It can also be used  to make delicious rotis either by mixing the pureed zucchini and wheat floor along with salt and other spices, or can also be grated to make a stuffing for parathas.


Nutrition: Zucchini is low in calories and contains folate, potassium and vitamin A.
